This is a quick note to let you all know that Dalton passed on this morning (May 8) at 2:25AM EST, after a long day of fighting. Jennifer and I stayed by his side all day Monday until he took his final breath early this morning.

There will be a memorial service at Incarnation
Catholic Church (http://www.icctampa.org) in Tampa, FL on Thursday, May 10, at 10AM EST. In lieu of flowers, please send a donation to a cancer treatment charity of your choice, or to the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation of the United States, located here:
